THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Administrative Order No. 2024-04
ORDER PURSUANT TO SUPREME COURT RULE 107 SUSPENDING
DISTRICT COURT RULE 3.103
Effective April 22, 2024, District Court Rule (DCR) 3 .103 is hereby suspended. Subject
to available Court and County supportive resources, the presiding judge in each division of the District Court will determine the time and manner of court sessions for his or her division during the work week, i.e., Monday through Friday.
This Administrative Order shall remain in effect until rescinded by subsequent order of the Court.
