The Topeka Bar Association membership year runs from April 1 to March 31. Any lawyer or member of the
judiciary in good standing as a member of the bar of a state, territory or possession of the United States,
may become an active member of the Topeka Bar Association by paying annual dues.
Any lawyer upon attaining the age of 75 years, who is or has been a member of the Association, may elect not to pay dues. You must let the Topeka Bar Association Office to let them know you elect to not pay dues.
